The NEW PowerHouse & RoadReady Bass Cabinets feature an all-new
FRONT PORTED design and improved Cross-Over Network that deliver
huge, articulate bottom end (regardless of the venue) and a smoother,
yet livelier top end with a crisp, detailed attack. These new cabinets are the culmination
of our 34+ years of rigorous Bass research and development.

Sonically,
these rugged enclosures feature a dramatically enhanced low end, nicely tucked
midrange and sweeter, more natural sounding highs that never sound harsh. We
literally spent countless hours on "real world" comparative play testing
against not only our own previous models but against those of our major competitors.
We tested in every imaginable playing environment, scrutinizing each and every
element of its sonic character and design, down to the smallest detail. They
are our most toneful and dynamic Bass Cabinets to date. You
will see, hear and feel the difference!
Physically,
we started with the highest quality 11-ply, void-free, AA marine grade Baltic
Birch plywood. Then we developed a completely new internal bracing and porting
design, which produced a stronger, lighter cabinet!
Electronically,
we reinvented our approach by developing a completely new electronic system -
Our new custom PowerHouse 10" & 15" drivers, crossovers and tweeters
deliver pristine, accurate response throughout the spectrum of even the most
demanding 5 and 6 string instruments with unsurpassed pitch, punch and presence!
Portability,
the best news of all …these cabs are lighter. Depending on the combination
of drivers, as much as 30Lbs! So stop dragging poundage 'cause you were told

Designs from MESA/Boogie Ltd. represent over 2 years of rigorous research and
development with an emphasis on a wider, smoother frequency response along with
the development of a unique new construction
that provides superior strength,
while greatly reducing the overall cabinet weight!
We wrap
these strongboxes in new, ultra heavy "Rhino" vinyl and finish
them off with new stealth Lexan corners and a new high tech metal grille that
protect against flying gig fragments and after hours road trips. Check

PowerHouse Bass Cabinet (On top) - A great choice for great tone in
a portable, compact package. The 2x10 PowerHouse is perfect by itself
for small to medium sized gigs or rehearsals. It is also the perfect "top
cabinet" for a compact "full range" rig, placed on a 1x15
or 1x15BT PowerHouse. The flexibility of the 2x10 PowerHouse has made it one
