Mark Barron of Mojo raves about MESA Stiletto Deuce

Dear Mesa/Boogie,

The Stiletto Deuce is a fantastic amp. It’s got a great way of taking the different nuances of each guitar and giving them voices of their own – Plus, having 6 tone modes, there is a huge choice available.

I play mine through a Mesa 2x12 Vertical Slanted Rectifier cab, which is awesome. Big sound – medium sized cab – straight spine!

MoJo is a guitar blues/blues rock band and I mainly play the rhythm work. I’ll try to incorporate the riffs and fills of brass and key parts in my playing, which provides a bit of color and dynamic to the back-line of a tune (we don’t have the luxury of brass & keys in MoJo).

Using the Stiletto lets me immediately dial in a fat or thin tone, along with grunty crunch channels that clean up as a treat anytime I need them.

I really don’t want any other amp.
