After reading through your website's customer testimonials, it has become apparent to me that most of those particular customers are men!
I am a 52-year-old woman who is the bassist for a local band, with nearly a lifetime of experience in original compositions, and was probably born with the 'bass gene'. I own a Mesa M-Pulse Big Block 750 and Mesa Powerhouse 4x10 cabinet, and I have something to say about them.
Having wanted a Mesa amp for quite some time, I finally found my dream rig at Ron's Guitars in Groton, CT. The day that I brought those heavy bone-crushers home and dragged them into my home studio, things started to happen.
Paired up with some of the finest basses in my 'humble' collection of ten, my Mesa equipment sounded incredible.
'Picture with your ears'if you can, thunderous, harmonious destruction and mayhem, (in a pleasant sort of way, of course). The sound was enough to knock pictures off the walls and blow away anything living or breathing in its path for twenty feet downwind of it.
And then.....the main support beam in the floor beneath it broke! Although I am barely five feet tall, and my basses look gargantuan strapped on my small frame, don't be fooled! I play wicked, wild, rough and tumble. After my husband repaired the damage, I went right back to thumping and smacking the stuffing out of my bass gear.
I love my Mesa amp and want the entire bass world to know it! Quality this close to perfect has to be the end-all to my 'bass dreams'. There is nothing out there better than Mesa.
Put down your toys, boys; and man-up with Mesa, the best of the best. (Take it from the little lady with her very own Mesatough punch)!
