Dear Mesa/Boogie,

I want to tell you and the world how happy I am with the Mesa/Boogie products I own and the customer service I have experienced as a Mesa/Boogie customer.

I currently own a Road King Combo with a Recto 2x12 extension cabinet, an F-30 Combo and a Rectifier Recording Preamp. The tone of all of my Mesa/Boogie products is out of this world. I have owned several other brands of amps and played many others, none come close to comparing with a Mesa/Boogie. The innovative features, quality craftsmanship and superior tone that you people pack into your amps have made me a repeat Mesa/Boogie customer.

First off the transparent-red, quilted maple finish on my Road King is stunning and its versatility alone is amazing! I am convinced that this amp can do literally anything tone-wise. I have never seen such a wide spectrum of sounds out of one amplifier before. Channel 3 in vintage mode has become my signature tone, I get so stuck on that channel that I hate to switch to the others. I am not going to dwell on every great detail of the amp as it would take too long. It simply ROCKS!! Randall will be hard pressed to out do himself on this one. He has "raised the bar" so many notches with this amp that it may be permanently out of reach. Randall's unique, innovative ideas have produced some features in the Road King amplifiers that are extremely practical in the real world.

The F30 is a value packed little monster too. It sounds awesome at very low volume for playing where you need to be relatively quiet. But that monster can rock if you crank it. Flat out amazing tone from such a little amp. You people obviously did your homework when you designed the F30. The Contour Mode on channel 2 is smokin!! And, what beautiful cleans on channel 1 - A very great sounding, easily portable amp with a few bells and whistles to boot!! What a concept!!!

The Recto Recording Pre amp is an amazing tool also. I have used it direct recording and the results are astounding. I have always used the traditional method of close miking an amp, but had the usual drawbacks. The Recto Recording Pre cuts out all the technical non sense. I just plug in, dial up my sound and record - Easy. I also use it in my rack with a switching-routing system and it performs like a champ there too. The tone in either "Live" or "Recording" mode is terrific.

Over and above the great products I have found with Mesa/Boogie, is the outstanding customer service they offer. Keep in mind that I am not a celebrity musician, I am just a regular customer, like any guy off the street buying an amp. But I get treated like a greatly valued customer from everyone at Mesa/Boogie. What ever the issue I have needed help with, the Mesa/Boogie team are always there to help me.

Ever since I first inquired about my first Mesa/Boogie, I have dealt with Tim McKee, Kevin Baksa, Kevin Robertson, and Rich Duvall all personally and they are all extremely professional people who certainly do give a damn about their customers and their products. They return phone calls and emails promptly, and even just call to say "Hey, how's your amp doing? Got any questions?" You just don't see customer service like that too often these days!!! That's impressive to say the least.

I know this is going to sound like some type of a commercial that they dreamed up, but its not! It's just the great experience I have had with Mesa/Boogie. I have learned that there really is no reason to consider another brand of amplifier. Mesa/Boogie simply has it all: Innovative features, great customer service, quality craftsmanship, and unbelievable tone. No reason to look anywhere else. Anyone that has not tried a Mesa/Boogie product is sadly missing out on some very great things. If you play guitar, do yourself a favor and go try one out!!! You will be happy you did!!
